Our stay with Massimo and Sussana was exceptional. They are phenomenal hosts, with a great attention to detail. Their B & B is beautiful, well kept and extremely modern. It is located in the mountains, just outside of Spezia. If you are using public transport, there are bus routes to and from La Spezia, where you can easily travel to and from Cinque Terre. As they are located in the mountains, it was a tough job dragging our suitcase up the mountain, to the B& B. A car or scooter would be ideal...

Very pleasent hotel room with a lovely shower and air conditioning. Featured a balcony open to all guests with stunning views, and was in an incredible location.

Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it!

A very successful stay. The accommodation is wonderful, the location is quiet, away from the tourist hustle but very close to the areas of interest. Close to the train station. And Mr. Pasini was very kind, he gave us all the useful information, where to eat and where not to. We even received a small video on how to get to the accommodation from the train station. Excellent. We will come back with great pleasure.

Andrea was very kind and helpful, communicated with us beforehand by WhatsApp, and met our taxi in the carpark to help us all to the apartment with our heavy luggage.
The location of the apartment was excellent with a balcony that looked over the waterfront. Great location for restaurants and access to the quai.

Very conveniently located, walking distance to the main pedestrian area.
The hotel is right next to the train station too where there is a public car park for those who drive here.
The room is small but clean and tidy. Bottled water provided but no kettle. Bathroom is clean and modern with good water pressure from shower.
There is a bar in the lobby and lobby also has some nice sofa seating for those who might want to sit there and do some work.
Service from the reception was amazing from...
