"That room was so dirty, stains on the bedspread dust everywhere. All the mirrors looked gross and not clean, big long hairs in the bathroom sink. The hallways need a good cleaning, the floors also.. clean up the ice machine. Do better, have someone (an manager..a supervisor) inspect rooms at a higher level of standard!! "

"The staff at the time was not present at the front desk upon arriving. We had to wait. When it came time to check in the employee said our room was booked by someone else and If we had gotten there earlier we would have our room. He was gunna put is in another room, which was smaller, for $2 less. There was no way in accommodating my family. Left at 10pm to find another hotel. Still have not recieved a refund."

"Two Albuquerque police cars with the lights on in the parking lot when I checked in. Desk staff said it was not a major deal. Then next night, a sheriff car was circling the building. Started to feel uncomfortable about the location. Strange person sitting in a car-in the north parking lot honking like a signal. Gave me the finger when I opened the curtains to check. maintenance use duct tape on the bathroom door knobs to keep it from locking. Very worn down rooms compared to the Coors location a mile away. Recommend you try it instead of the one on America Street. "

"Property is fine but there isn't a benefit that justifies the higher price tag. Albuquerque is not a big town and can easily move from another hotel to the casino/course/event venue almost as fast as it takes you to park and walk back to the hotel. We called to enquire if early check in was an option and they mentioned it wasn't for "our room type". Thankfully the entire wedding party was staying there and we just needed a place to leave our stuff so everyone with a different room type called to ask about early check in and was given the same answer. Clearly just lying to save face, if because of staffing early check in is not a possibility then just say this, honesty is the best policy. Knowing there was a slim chance we called to ask about late check out and we were told they had already reached a limit (unsure what that meant), and the worst part is that house keeping came in 1 hour before check out to ask when we were leaving. Can't have it both ways of not offering any accommodation on the times and expect some FROM us! The 2 bedroom suite was nice and spacious but there isn't really any benefit from the price tag other than the square footage."
