"Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean...

"Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"This Hotel is very beautiful. The staff is nice. I met a young lady named Toni-Ann Simms who work for guest services with the most amazing customer service ever. I encountered a few hiccups but she was always ready to assist. I am not sure how she is not one of the managers. She treat this company like her own. She helped set up my beautiful dinner on the beach. She also checked up on me the entire trip. She has 5 star customer service. The food was great. My favorite was the hibachi restaurant....
