"The staff didn’t recognize our 25th anniversary upon check in and they didn’t offer any complimentary upgrades either! Very disappointing! We will think twice before booking them again in the future!!!"

"Became ill the day of trip. Called hotel to cancel, and they agreed. Should of been charged for 1 night. But ended up billing me for hole stay. Hotel never canceled, even though they said it was. I even paid for stay protection, but that was a waist of money."

Breakfast on site was delicious each day. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend the Senza. "
