The paving from the parking area up to the hotel entrance was quite uneven, wirh one dropped kerb onto a steep path that was covered in a light dusting of snow.
The receptionist was very pleasant upon arriving. Smiling and greeting us.
Although we arrived via a late flight, we could have liked a porter to assist with our baggage to the room, or a luggage trolley, especially as the carpeted corridors made it difficult for our suitcase wheels to traverse.

Commoner restaurant attached didn’t live up to hype; food was lovely but very little choice, expensive but venue was empty and lacked atmosphere.
This didn’t affect score and would visit again; infact we’ve booked another Kimpton at Monaco for another night on our road trip
