"We stayed here for a single day in December. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The food on the roof was also high quality. Perfect spot to park bags and go see the pyramids! "
"HORRIBLE. DICEN QUE TIENEN SAUNA, SPA, GIMNASIO.. LLEGAMOS Y DICEN QUE NO TIENEN NADA DE ESO QUE LO ESTÁN "RENOVANDO" NO INCLUYE NI AGUA SIQUIERA. LES PONGO UN 0 !!"
"The room was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. I fully recommend this place and I'm sure to stay here the next time that I visit Cairo. Thank you!"
"The Staff were very helpful, warm & friendly.
Reviewing "The area" is complicated...
The hotel is in a very nice gated area, but the middle of Giza/Cairo does have its issues.
To have a view of The Pyramids from the hotel, and to be within quick walking distance of The Pyramids & The Sphinx, beats those issues."
"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"Great little hotel with exceptional staff! They went out of their way to assist with whatever I needed. Breakfast served daily was delicious - a mixture of local cuisine and always fresh fruit! The hotel is located in a quiet area of Cairo. "
"I have travelled a lot around the world and have stayed at 5 & 6 star hotels and I have to say this property and the staff who work in the hotel are one of the best I have ever experienced. From reception, concierge, room cleaning, and room service, it was superb! If you are looking for a 6 star experience, this is the place, thank you Kempinski and Staff❤️"
"The team was incredible in providing the best possible service. Mahmoud the concierge was a lifesaver and even provided logistics support when we were outside the hotel without data service.
Fully recommend this Four Seasons. "
"I have never seen a hotel this bad. The lies about the name and adr. It looked like a war zone. No working lift and I had to walk to the 8th floor. The entire hotel was as in someone’s apartment complex and I thought I was going to get murdered. Do not go here!!!"
