"My wife and I really enjoyed our 2-Night stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located across the street from an event that we were attending and it is within walking distance from bars and other attractions in the downtown area. We rarely had to drive for anything! The attendant that checked us in was a bit off-putting, but the rest of the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast could have been better, (please consider putting quick grits packets out for those of us who don’t like oatmeal ☺️) but it got the job done. The room was clean and VERY spacious! The couch was a bit stained so we didn’t use it. All in all, I’d definitely stay here again."

"We were doubled booked by you!!!! The whole experience was a bad stay from the minute we stepped in the door. When I called for reservations the person on the other end of the phone told me it was going to be $250 to stay. I told him it was too much & wasn't paying that. so, he transferred me to comfort inn aroused the road. He called it his sister hotel. We shouldn't have been charged for both. When I went to the front desk to tell him something was not right that we should be at comfort inn, he said we would be charged by Expedia if we left. & we had to contact your company. The guy at the front desk said no problem I can call & cancel that reservation at comfort inn for you. Then we got the run around again. We would like a refund from you for double booking us. I hope this get resolved. we never made a reservation at Holiday Inn!!!!!! . . "

"My wife and I had the suite with two queens. It was the biggest, best-equipped we've ever had. The staff was so helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. And on top of that, the price was very reasonable. Five big stars!"
