"I was really impressed with the quality of the room, cleanliness and the little extras. I was greeted by a smiling face who took the time to show me the room. A handwritten note welcoming me was on the counter, along with chocolate chip cookies and 2 complimentary ice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator. The robes provided were comfortable and so soft and decor was very retro with black and white photos of stars from the past. The complimentary breakfast looked amazing and I regret not being able to partake with early morning appointments. If I am ever back in the area, I know where I’ll be staying. "

"I was really disappointed! The pool and room jacuzzi was closed and there was no mention of this, on the website. It was spring time and the weather was around 80 degrees. Secondly, there were chiggers all over the nightstands AND in our bed. We counted, and killed, above 40 of them. It was so bad that we had to decide to either go buy bug spray OR go home (without a refund). The bug spray seemed to help but the peaceful sleep was destroyed."
