The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself. The one man music group was wonderful on Saturday night. "

They had Colombian rice with beans , soup, and potatoes, breads, fruits, but rice and beans at a Hotel Called The Brown??? For breakfast??? Not only that but 80% of the people eating were with guest bracelets and were locals which were young men with women that had fake butts. The staff not very friendly typically and not on top of the guest as you would think in a place like they describe. Save your money and time and go to Sofitel Baru. "

"Check in was difficult ... when we arrived the lights were off and the building seemed closed. A man spoke to us through the window to find out why we were there. We finally convinced him that we had a room reserved for the night. He let us in the building, checked us in and gave us our key. The room was as described. "
