"We stayed at Somos Flat Central in El Poblado, Medellín, and the experience was excellent. The location is perfect in a very safe and quiet area, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are well organized, the beds are super comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The staff was very kind and attentive from the very beginning. They were always willing to help and answer any questions. The hotel also offers a buffet-style breakfast, which was a great addition to the stay. We would definitely stay here again. We 100% recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place, well located, with excellent service in El Poblado. 🌿✨"

We ran out, and the housekeeping forgot to put extra towels after cleaning. That said, the receptionist was very kind and proactive."

"El hotel me encantó. El lugar en el que esta ubicado excelente, el personal le doy 20/10 desde el que te recibe en recepcion, la chica del desayuno y el personal de limpieza son magnificos!!! Lo unico que NO me gusto es la cama demasiado dura termine con dolor de espalda. Solo por esta razon le quito una estrella. Creo q deben cambiar esas camas."
