"The staff is excellent.I arrived late and the guard helped us get the luggage out of the car and up to our room The whole staff are very friendly and very helpful.The room was quite and very clean.The best breakfast I ve had in all the different hotels I ve stayed in.They recently upgraded the whole hotel When we come to Medellin we only stay here The location is excellent.Near 2 major malls.The area is very safe I couldn't ask for more Thank you staffyour great."

"Clean, modern trendy hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Very nice and attentive staff. Appreciated all their help, especially Alejandro at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of security up front making it feel very safe. If I had one suggestion, it would be having a dedicated concierge to organize tours and a front desk. The ‘front desk’ is a young person with an iPad sitting by the elevator. Also would have liked recycling bins for bottles in the hotel. But other than that, very happy with the choice. "
