"The hotel is an economy hotel, but was very acceptable for the price. I stayed 4 days. My room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. My stay was during the slow season and I may have been the only guest in the hotel, so I can not comment on noise. Good WIFI. It is an easy walk to the El Penol town center. "The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again "
