"The family run Hotel Saturnia & International is absolutely beautiful. We received a very warm welcome and our room was quiet, comfortable and elegant with a small canal below. The hotel is centrally located and the Concierge team were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with many home made items and authentic Italian delicacies. We enjoyed having cocktails in the Caravellino bar. We were gifted a celebration cake (at breakfast) for a family event; so touching, and greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to go back and are looking at dates. "

"Overall my experience felt more in line with a four-star property rather than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The quality and organisation did not meet expectations, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. On one occasion, I was seated next to the coffee machine, which produced a constant and rather intrusive noise, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. In addition, children were not always adequately supervised, and some approached the buffet as though it were a school canteen, which further detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were generally kind and courteous, the level of professionalism was inconsistent. The more experienced members of staff provided a noticeably better service, whereas some of the younger employees seemed insufficiently trained and lacked awareness of the standards expected in a hotel of this category."

"Run down property. Not as described on listing: missing tv and no connecting rooms. Old and poorly maintained. Allergies probably caused from mould. Small confined space for a family of 5. No kettle, no wifi, no tea/coffee, no chair, no table, broken hairdryer and lots of mosquitoes. Only 5 beds in a room that feels claustrophobic. Reception is useless."

"Hotel was very nice, very convenient to everything. The drop off location is a few hundred feet from the hotel entrance. The attached bar was very fun as well. Wold stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were very professional yet friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Room was very spacious and clean. Great location on the Main Street just a few minutes walk from both the Water bus station and the beach (in opposite directions). Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. "
