1) I wasn’t given room chapels inspite of staying in hotel for four days and asking for it everyday :-( 2) Toilets had horrible smell and everyday I had to request to clean and the guy use to just spray freshner and smell comes back every 3 hours :-( 3) I asked for changing the room and they did not help with it. 4) The hotel clams that they have SPA but they don’t, it’s a lie and instead they say they have massage services which is paid ... pathetic liars :-( 5) I had to explicitly ask for water bottles and body wash, room service never refills it... - the only thing I liked was the girl i used to meet during breakfast and she was very polite and was very helpful

Even after prior phone calls to note them of my arrival date and time, in addition to sending email for the same, and having received confirmation for everything, they did not find my reservation upon my arrival and hence did not have a room for me. Also I paid for the higher grade room and they offered me one night of the lowest standard room on urgent basis and asked me to check out the next day because of no room.

Firstly, thank you for choosing Nimbus, as there is no name mentioned, couldn't find the details in our reservation, anyways the property just started for the new year, and it's brand new and we were settling up the things initially there was some issue with our software and bookings were over flooded and some miscommunication occurred with the bookings and system.. we are very sorry to causing you inconvenience, now we are all settled to take any kind of task, we will surely make sure that those issues you have faced will never let any other guest gets into..
