The service was superb, the staff was very nice, cooperative, running short of words to praise them, the property was clean, everything thing in the stay was amazing

This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place.

Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The restaurant in the garden was gorgeous and the location was perfect for the beach and shopping / restaurants. Would definitely go back there.

My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. This is marketed as a two star hotel and us very well. We were waiting for our king term accommodation to be ready so we're booking rooms here day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room nice and clean

Clean property and very helpful staff

We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .

Check in was unique, very personalized and not your usual "here's your room key and there are the elevators". We received a cold sweet drink and cold towels which was most welcoming, and were sat down in reception and everything was explained including upgrade options. So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. Only snag was inconsistent hot water in the basin.

We stayed in a king suite. Its one of the best rooms that we have ever stayed in. The difference from other suites we have seen is that it has two full sized bathrooms. It is very convenient if you have grown-up children. The wifi quality was very good.
