"Avoid booking this hotel. They don’t follow Hotels.com policies, repeatedly pressure you to pay them directly, and may even refuse to check you in. The platform itself is becoming unreliable in managing and training these properties, overall, a terrible experience."

"The manager was very helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable. He arranged for a tuk tuk driver to tour us around Colombo to see the sights. The entire staff was very helpful & friendly. The wifi was very good."
