"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Wrexham and cannot recommend it highly enough! โA massive, special shout-out to Caz, who went above and beyond for us from the moment we stepped through the door. We arrived late, but Caz made sure we were looked after immediately, arranging with the kitchen so we could still get a hot meal. That level of kindness and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. โSpeaking of foodโthe burger we had on arrival was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was equally impressive and amazing value for money, with the choice of hot cooked-to-order dishes, continental options, or both, alongside fresh filtered coffee to start the day right. โOur room was everything we needed: spotless, warm, and comfortable. The only minor downfall was the noise insulation between rooms, as we could hear the guests next door and above us talking and walking around. However, the top-notch service, fantastic food, and overall value far outweighed that one downside. โThank you to Caz and the team for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall good but with a few issues. The shower rail/curtain was defective allowing exposed wood frame to rot. Torn curtain and scuffed walls. The duvet was torn. The lamp bulbs were old gas filled and not Leds. Breakfast was better on Monday than the weekend. Positive points , the food at the bar was great and the staff were friendly. Parking was great. Probably wouldn't stay again."
