"Property was well maintained. We stayed here about 30 years ago and it is still as nice. Bed was comfortable, view was great. We were on 5th floor and loved it. Staff were very nice, housekeeping staff were great"

"It seems second nature to the staff to go above and beyond. We had a four month old puppy with us, and the hotel is very pet friendly. They're bartender had left for an emergency, but another staff member stepped up to pour the two free drinks they offer with your room. Beach access is right across the street, and they have bikes for you to use. Clean rooms with amenities worth the price compared to other offerings. I swear I don't work for them. I just get disappointed often and this place did not disappoint for a change. It will be worth it."

"Nice renovations. 2nd weekend in a row at a Holiday Inn in a different city and neither disappointed! The beds were super comfortable! Clean rooms and beautiful lobby. Fitness center was useful. Only drawback was the indoor pool at this location was cold! Chaise couches also probably need to be steamed/cleaned in rooms. They seemed dirty, and I didnโt sit on them. Not a fan of the glass shower doors either. Hand towel bars would be helpful in bathrooms. Breakfast was good! Ample parking and parking lot was well lit."

"We loved being on the beach, so beautiful. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was a window unit hanging out on the balcony. It was very noisy and had hot air blowing. Side note: our room was very nice and cool :) The free breakfast was terrific. The Sunrise Cafe lady kept it well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for a couple nights and it was very relaxing, a nice getaway. Being right on the beach was perfect. The only complaint I have is that check in time was 4pm and we didnโt get into our room until 5pm because they didnโt have any towels in the room yet. I expressed to them we had our own towels and didnโt need them but they wouldnโt let us in the room."

"We enjoyed our stay in general. The highlights are the made to order breakfast , and the 5:30-7:00 happy hour, both included. We really enjoyed the staff at these events. We loved being close to everything and we walked around daily. The only area which I'd suggest improvements were housekeeping. We stayed 7 days and each day we had to go out and look for staff to give us more coffee, towels, and we had to leave our garbage in the hall to be emptied. Finally on day 4, we asked how we could get service to the room. The desk staff requested service on the computer, and they did come later the next day. For people who paid $3000 in costs for accommodation for the week, I would like to see a system in place where it isn't such a guessing game to have these services provided. It's ironic that the people staying the longest get the poorest service."
