This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. We stayed a couple of nights to have a break and see the sights and experience what Llandudno has to offer these days. It's therefore very helpful that the owners are approachable and knowledgeable of the attractions, restaurants and parking. You can also sense from all the small touches to the facilities, breakfast etc that the owners are personally involved and dedicated to ensuring your stay is one you will appreciate.

The facilities and food superseded the 3 star rating. The beef on the Sunday dinner was the best beef I’ve tasted. The jacuzzi in the morning looking over a beautiful sun rise has set me up for the week. My new favourite hotel in the area.

I can't recommend Hawkstone Hall highly enough. The location is just stunning, as is the house. Yet despite the grandeur of the place, I never felt anything but totally at ease. The food was easily some of the best I've had, but if I had to choose one thing that really stood out about Hawkstone Hall it was the fact that every member of their staff was an absolute delight.

Lovely room with windows to open. On the beach and great staff. Pool was quiet and great for adult swim.

Llandudno hostel kindly offered a room for our family when our previous booking has been cancelled only minutes before travelling. Very friendly, welcoming owner! Very clean, tidy, secure accommodation with very comfortable beds and all for a great price. The hostel is about 10 minutes away from the beach, restaurants, take aways also nearby. There is a few kebab shop what are open all night. Highly recommended! Highly recommended

Very friendly staff great breakfast

Hotel staff are so helpful and accommodating. We had a really great two night stay with our little dog. Nothing was too much trouble, our room was pretty and super clean and the food was excellent. We ate from the full breakfast buffet in the bar area so we could have our dog with us on both mornings and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the dining room on the first night. We will definitely be back. Well equipped in peaceful rural setting. Very handy for Broughton shopping park. Good bus service into Chester and surrounding areas. Will certainly return there.

hot tub with spotless and clean and well maintained

Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. Fab cottage right in the heart of the town, literally yards from the main street and the harbour. Cottage very cosy with every amenity needed. Bedroom and bathroom outstanding. Parking on street free and unrestricted, no resident parking permits so park wherever you find a space, many properties have do not park sign in windows these are not valid. Parking is a bit tight though. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

On arrival I was shown the spa and restaurant facilities. My room was clean and spacious and there was a personalised card from the manager and housekeeping staff which was a lovely welcoming touch. If staying more than one night and you forgo housekeeping they offer you a free drink as reward and eco friendly incentive which I have never experienced anywhere else and I thought it an excellent idea. My room also had plenty of wardrobe space and there was additional seating area which was nice....

Nothing not to like , it was so cosy, staff are friendly and helpful, always greeted with smile
