"It was a safe place to stay. Very spartan on the amenities. Main complaint is that the room fan was not operational and was never repaired. We were supplied with a slightly operational fan. Overall a decent place to stay, but very warm and loud."

I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk...
