"Generally, things were just okay. We were in town for the California State Track and Field Championships. I was disappointed to discover that while there was a thermostat in the room it was not activated. The explanation was a bit confusing. Obviously we could not regulate the room temperature. Also, my coaching buddy was two doors down from us on the third floor and the room key would not work to his room. It turned into a real nightmare for him as ultimately a locksmith had to be called and a member of the staff had to deliver his belonging to him later. Not to mention they could not accommodate him with another room. Finally, I thought the room we were in (311) was a bit outdated; particularly the bathroom."

"Top 5 best hotels I have ever stayed at. Clean room, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and well maintained grounds. Big enough to comfortably sleep my family of 4. Best breakfast ever and 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, how can you go wrong?! I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back again!"
