My husband and I were in town for a concert and stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely staff again if we plan on going to another concert in Fresno in the future.

The staff was great. I had lost a little wallet by the elevator and one of the staff members had turned it in. It was my grandma coin purse so it meant something to me. Thank you to the man who found it.

Property is nice and maintained. Staff is nice. Rooms are a little dated. There are no workable usb ports near the bed. The room was clean and smelled fresh.

Initially the room I was given was already propped open. I was told it might have been maintenance or housekeeping but it was already past 7pm. I was able to get a different room after asking but was not offered just to be safe. Room is subpar for the price. Furniture looks old and warn. Definitely paying for the amenities rather than your room.

The staff seemed friendly, but they charged us for 2 waters we didn't use. At first, the bed seemed ok, but it ended up being very hard. Also, the room seemed very dark. The lighting was "soft".
