Alles eher süß, Zwieback mit Marmelade ist nicht mein Favorit am Morgen. Aber die Gastgeber haben alles getan, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man in max. einer Stunde im Zentrum von Rom."

"This property is run by a new owner and he is quite helpful and cooperative. I wanted a blanket on the bed as opposed to a comforter and he provided it. He had suggestions about eating places and helped us find a large vehicle to take us to the airport (large quantity of luggage). He was receptive to some ideas for improving the rooms as well. "Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

La gestione non è organizzata al meglio: il personale non parla italiano, cosa non accettabile per una struttura in Italia. Alla sbarra di ingresso non vi sono indicazioni per entrare, non c’è un campanello per la reception e l’unico modo per entrare è conoscere il codice o telefonare al telefono della struttura (non indicato nei pressi della sbarra).
