"Paid for a room, the hotel double booked the room. We walked in on a family in bed. The family thought it was odd the TV said welcome Mark. None of them were Mark. That was me. "

"It is a great value for the price. Easy to get downtown, and we loved the extra space. The breakfast looked like it was no frills, but I'm not a breakfast guy. I would certainly stay there again"

"Parking is not free at this hotel. We walked in and asked the man behind the counter because we saw signs all over the parking lot about using your phone to pay for parking and he was very rude about telling me I “absolutely HAD to pay for parking”. He didn’t know why the site said that we did not have to pay because you ALWAYS have to pay to park your vehicle at THIS hotel. Other than the front desk clerk, the hotel was enjoyable. Clean room, nice beds & clean pool. "

"Overall, the property was in good condition . The hall carpet on the 5th floor was uneven and I nearly tripped on it twice. Three days in a row the clerk at the main desk looked like he had just gotten out of bed"

"Fantastic Holiday inn all around. We left a sentimental item behind, the staff contacted and mailed it to us."

"How do you put someone on the 2nd floor in a building w/no elevator??? I had to go up stairs to get bags and luggage in : oh and the internet service would NOT WORK!!! it’s a no for me "
