"Hot tub seemed a like it could have been hotter. But it was filled with about 12 teens from ages 15-18 while I was trying to relax. That was the only part of the stay that I wish I could have enjoyed. That was the whole reason why we booked this hotel. Oh well"

"It was suppose to be a weekend of rest with my suffnicant after having treatment and were by front that we had free continal breakfast which was not true tv in room channels kept losing signal and top all last day no hot water. When asked front how to solve told have to wait til after 8am monday morning. People want to get there money worth and this didnt happen disappointing. Have alot staff changes going on with front line."

"Advance notice of the road closure and how to get to the property. We had to park .5 miles away and drag our stuff with us. Advance notice of the TRAIN that runs noisily behind the hotel. The room shook several times in the night. The toilet needs attention (stains). The furnace filter needs replaced. Thick layer of dust. Minimal amenities for what I thought was a nicer property in your portfolio. Overall, underwhelmed."
