"Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are incredibly well-appointed and immaculate. Every staff member I interacted with was super helpful and professional. The elevators are fast. The restaurant is gorgeous. It's obvious that they were going for a high level of service and quality, and they nailed it. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, but I did find the portions a bit small for the price. The only true negative I had was the construction noise, though I suppose that will be resolved eventually. "

"Where to begin? Got stuck in the elevator. By the time we left two out of the three elevators were not working. Don’t try calling the front desk they will never ever ever ever never ever. Did. I mention never ever answered the phone. If you are paying cash for the food and snacks there make sure you have the exact amount because they give you no change. When I say change, I don’t mean coins I mean dollars. Friend of mine only had a $20 bill wanted a Twix for $3.55 and she told her that she would not give her any change. It was extremely loud the whole time couldn’t sleep because of all of the noise. The upside the bed and the pillows were comfortable."

"Room and property are quite nice. Staff is friendly However, the atrium is incredibly loud and every person walking through atrium can be heard in rooms facing atrium. Plus, for a new building, there is very little soundproofing. Bottom line: don’t stay here if you value a quiet nights sleep. "
