"We really enjoyed our stay here, and when we come back to Buffalo would look here first. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because when we requested the room be cleaned we were just given new towels, and that's it. The beds were not made, and the room was not cleaned or tidied up at all. We stayed for 6 nights and only planned to have the room cleaned once during our stay so I was disappointed when I requested for the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned. I also gave 4 stars because the breakfast staff was rather rude. Letting people that just arrived know that breakfast closes in 2 minutes, with an attitude, isn't the best way to greet your guests in the morning. It could be that they/she was having a bad day, but I didn't feel that they were very professional. We did not use the shuttle but each time we walked pass the driver they seemed nice and helpful. "

"Very excellent experience. Large hotel, nice decor, clean, staff pleasant as well. Helped me when I needed a door hanger (It was missing?) and when we needed towels for the pool. We thought the hotel was wonderful, except the pool. It was not clean, but we swam anyway, it had clorinated water and was warm for our aching muscles from walking around Niagara Falls all day! But I would have preferred if someone had taken the time to skim the pool and sweep the floors around the pool. But most people wont use the pool, so it is not a deal breaker. No one else used the pool that we saw. "
