"The room looked horrible. I booked a double for four. I was booked in and given a key to a room with a King bed. When I went to ask for another room,I was escorted off the property by security.... I'm still waiting for and wanting a refund!!!!!!!!"

"The Reverb was great. Just 2 negatives that I’d like to mention. The amenities closest offers sparkling and still water however both were warm… very warm. Using ice in warm sparkling water turns it into chilled still water. The second negative was parking. When we arrived we asked if there was a charge for parking since we were staying there and self parking"

"Pool was closed so cant really say much about the pool. Hotel seemed kind of run down but the staff were helpful while there. We did run into an issue during the night and tried to call the desk but it rang once and hung up each time. Parking was kind of an issue because the hotel shared space with a bar so people going to the bar were using the hotel parking. Area didnt seem like a really safe area as both nights we were here there was a guy who on the first night was dressed only missing sneakers who kept coming up to us asking for money and cigarettes and the second night was half dressed and kept coming up to us and bar patrons asking for money and cigarettes and wouldn't leave until bar security came outside. The toilet was running the whole time we were here and the room it's self seemed like it could use some updating. One of the lights in the bathroom area was also cracked and not working."

"The room was spotless. Very convinient plenty of space.. Staff was also amazing. Free parking and had plenty of spaces to park when i arrived. Very professional and loving staff as well."
