The heating system was so noisy it prevented us from sleeping. The shuttle service from the airport was terrible. We waited outside for 30 minutes and the crowd kept getting bigger. People said they were waiting for 45 minutes.When the small shuttle finally came, it was chaos and we could not get in so we had to pay another shuttle driver servicing another hotel to take us. The staff was not welcoming at all, barely spoke to us. No hello, no good morning, not a word at check out, just “drop your key in the basket”
