Going above and beyond
"It started off rough, first room ac wasn’t working so we were moved. Then that room the water didn’t work in the sink 😕 But Ebony went above and beyond to get us another room that was great! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful! But the manager Ebony was the absolute BEST"
