I booked my stay through Expedia. I called a week before to ask for conjoining rooms. The agent at the hotel was able to put it in and said I will have conjoining rooms. When l get there I alga e my name they charged me for one room when I paired for 2. The girl at the front desk had a nasty attitude looks like she hates her job. She told me well call Expedia beacuse I only have one room etc. I called and and Expedia called the problem was fixed but they didn’t have my room connected not even the same floor. Soon as we get to the first room the door to the bathroom is broken. The second room as soon as I walked in it smelled like fish, the beds and the sofa has stains on it, the floors are filthy, Bathroom shower head has mold on it tub was dirty. When I asked to speak to the manger conviently there was no manger on duty. Customer service sucks. They need to do better.
