"**ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!** THIS IS NOT A RESORT, IT IS A MOTEL!! Completely misleading online. A motel is fine, if I close to book one, I booked a ‘Resort’ per their website & Expedia. We came for my son’s Baseball Spring Training, so our main requirements were ice machine, laundry, good shower W lots of towels (was 100+degrees), and outdoor pool * ROOM WAS EGGED* & Nextdoor. Told reception about it, she said our room#, said ‘oh you guys too?! It’s been happening for a month! Ice Machines neither worked. Laundry machines are located outside (weird) only 1 machine worked ; reception didn’t have enough change to use machines. Tub in our bathroom didn’t drain, ever. After 1 person, it was half full, after 2nd person tub completely full, had to wait an hour so 3rd person could use it. Towels were tiny & thin. The soap was a tiny bar, 1”x2”,People should share a bar of soap, just gross. Only a 30ml of shampoo. SO had to buy our own. -Bathroom walls were covered in mould. -Carpet was gross, def keep shoes on at all times. -All but 1 lightbulb was out in our room. -Safe was broken (which they knew when we mentioned it) -Housekeeping is by required which is fine. At check-in, she said we can setup automatically for them to come every other day, which was fine. EXCEPT, they never came. Pool was gross, lime green, almost every lounger was broken. They refused to give a receipt at checkout, then charges our card after we left. But there were free donuts everyday."

"Sizeable suite, beautiful grounds, excellent breakfast, priced reasonably. Will seek out this hotel next time we're in town."

"Breakfast menu was non existent actually. There were no hot food offerings other than a toaster and microwave to make instant oatmeal. There was a tray of hard boiled eggs in a mini fridge. The coffee machine made way too strong coffee. We’ll stay somewhere else in the future."

"Room is clean, staff is friendly, outdoor pool is good size, around the area is open space and 4 closed gate by 4 corners. Also 10 minutes from the attractions , like Hole in the rock, zoo , papago park and Desert Botanical Garden"

"The sheets were dirty when I arrived, there was nail polish on the bedsheet. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and on the sink as if someone had shaved and the bathroom was overall disgusting. The bathtub and shower was untouchable. There was an unknown black goo on the tile floor. The A/C unit reaked of smoke. Positive: the parking lot was well lit. It had a fridge and microwave in unit and a little sitting counter/nook area. There were no bed bugs that I saw. "

"The lobby is in renovation, no amenities like coffee or breakfast. The room said that should have coffee maker and hair dryer and had none."
