"Baseboards dirty puke stain on the floor (like it wasn’t cleaned proper not like stained carpet) water damage under windows ripped curtains but over all clean friendly staff great views convenient parking and location was walking distance to everything we had planned"

"Pleasantly surprised after reading a few 3 star reviews and complaints about this and that. Great location, helpful. friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Could it be more updated? Sure, but they will be renovating/updating in November. I enjoyed my stay and will return. The elevator/escalator situation is not that tough to figure out. The garage is tight and $21 a day is steep where I come from, but probably consistent with Cincy."
