"No room utensils, AC unit power supply cable out in the open and for some reason spliced together and capped with wire nuts. floor trim was very poor and looked beat all to hell, cables everywhere behind entertainment center not a single bit of cable management."

"I arrived on a Friday only to stay the weekend. Come Monday, I booked for the rest of the week! The staff is amazing, not only to me, to my dog as well! It’s super clean, the breakfast is top notch! The only thing that low key stinks, the boiler is being fixed so no hot water to bathe! Other than that 👍👍"

"Be sure to understand the early check in options. Process was confusing and the staff member was not particularly helpful or accommodating. When questioned about the inconsistencies, I was threatened with security. Definitelly a poor experience with check in. The staff has always been wonderful up until this year. "
