We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. "My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around. "

"You need to know this is a second floor walk up, if you have luggage it’s a long trip. Gulia was helpful with bringing it up. Gulia was very helpful with booking ride to the airport and info about where to eat. Communication was very good, they rechecked on our arrival. I found the bed and pillows comfortable. "

"A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and the general area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant. The hotel was so bad that an early check out and refund was attempted, however, the hotel refused. In summary, I would not recommend and suggest significant due diligence."

"Breakfast was a joke. The platters were empty. We waited 10 min , no one stocked anything. Then we asked one of the staff to make us omelet. They brought us plane one egg omelet and told us it will be 12 euros to room charge which they ended up waiving as there really was no food in the platters. First time had worst experience in a hotel. Bathroom has no vent fan. Shower door did not close and when we used the shower. Water is all over the floor outside shower. Front desk staff Francisco - so rude. Location is not tourist friendly . There are not good options to eat around the area either. "
