Outside was very old and delapidated. Great if you want the real gritty Napoli experience. Inside the building it was spic and span clean with white marble floors. Don’t be put of by the exterior! Great coffee in the morning and very quick for taxis to arrive. Just be aware it is a long way up the stairs or a rickety lift with 10euro cent piece.

Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours. Location is very convenient and wolkable to city center, attractions and port. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Massimo.

This property is in a good area. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing we encountered was getting in the building and then knowing to go to the third floor.

My wife and I were, unknowingly, the very first guests at Domus Milone—and it truly did not disappoint! Despite the rustic charm of the building, you step into a beautifully designed space that feels light, modern, and welcoming. EVERYTHING is brand new and works perfectly—especially the espresso machine! We found the location ideal: just outside the busier, noisier streets, but still within easy reach of the action. A quick 5–15 minute walk gets you there—or better yet, hop on a Bird scooter and you won't miss that tour you're running late for (tested and proven... more than once! lol). Lastly, Massimo and his lovely family were incredibly hospitable and warm. Their care and kindness truly made our stay in Napoli extra special. We simply cannot recommend Domus Milone enough!

The property is close to the National Archeological Museum, an Italian jewel; however, the neighborhood is rundown - unlike Domus itself, which is kept very clean with an upbeat white glow throughout. Breakfast is in a small room served by the wife or the owner, both very amiable.

Ottima posizione, attraversando la strada c'è il Museo Archeologico, la Sanità dista 20/30 minuti a piedi (consiglio visita catacombedinapoli.it ), con atri 15 minuti si è a Piazza Dante e di li in centro. L'host Massimo ci ha trattato benissimo ed ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste, la zona è tranquilla e il caos della città non arriva fin li, stanza pulita, forse un pò piccolina, ma la colpa è nostra (controllate bene cosa prenotate), colazione tradizionale sufficiente.

Wenn man dann das Haus sieht, kann man sich im Leben nicht vorstellen, was sich hinter der Tür im 3. Stock verbirgt. Herr Milone hat hier einen super guten Job gemacht! Auch alles andere hat einfach gepasst! Jeglicher Service lief einwandfrei. Jedes Entgegenkommen auch! Sollte es uns je wieder nach Neapel verschlagen,dann kommen wir sicher wieder hierher!

Un giorno a Napoli

Ottima struttura, ottimi servizi. Vicini al centro, 10 minuti da via Toledo, la strada è in salita ma si può fare tranquillamente. Camere ben arredate e fornite di tutto. Tutto nuovo. Torneremo sicuramente.
