They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem. The room was adequate, smaller than what we experienced in the other big cities like Rome and Florence, but it did the job. The breakfast is amazing!! Made to order coffee's, plenty of variety for all tastes - yogurts, baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheeses. The best hotel breakfast we had in all of our travels through Italy.
The Piazza Bellini neighborhood is lively with plenty of great places to eat right outside the door and within a 5 minute walk. About 25 minutes from the Napoli Centrale train station and about 20 minutes from the port so good central location to use the transit. "

- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere

- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias

"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
