"The room stated there is a balcony but our room did not have one. Also said you can have two beds or one - request was not done. The room was right opposite the main fire door of the corridor where everyone has to enter when they want to come in and the noise was really bad. There is also a train that goes past there so every half hour or so there was the noise of the train passing all throughout the night too. This was not so bad but the rooms should be more soundproof as you can hear plenty of noise from the guests in the corridor and at night especially. The only reason I didn’t complain about my room is because the lady at the desk was very nice and apologised. Breakfast is buffet was ok. Won’t be staying here again only because it wasn’t worth it there was no bathtub in the toilet either. Other hotels usually have this for the price we paid. If it was cheaper it would be worth it. Paid around £600 for 4 nights."

"Dorma Saldanha is a centrally located hotel just a short distance away from the airport by Metro. I paid only €1.90 to reach there from the airport. Staff was very helpful, attentive and respectful. Breakfast was amazingly excellent. Housekeeping staff was also very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the views were excellent. Overall, it was a very positive experience to stay at this hotel and I recommend this hotel to anybody going to Lisbon."
