"We have been to this resort several times and always have a wonderful stay. Breakfast is amazing - looking out over the pool to the sea never gets old - and the service and items available at breakfast are fantastic. Reception is good and helpful, the gym is good (if a little too warm) and all staff are very friendly. The only minor gripe is that we always stay in the deluxe suites 402 this time, but the other ones on other ocassions (which are all very comfortable) but none of the fridges in these rooms are cold enough. Our friends stayed in one of the other rooms and their fridge worked properly. "

"we booked a club room at respectable prices believing that we would get a decent room . the first room that we were given had an outdoor terrace that we shared with pigeons and pigeon poo and chuckling all day and night . we were then on complaint given another room but fronting their outdoor party area that gad loud music and people talking to past 11pm . i needed a quiet holiday having recovered from a heart attack "

"Chakra cottage had aesthetic interiors and very spacious even for a couple with small kids. Seeing sunrise in the lake from the portico was wonderful. Staff were really courteous and friendly. Spa was great too. Overall it was a lovely peaceful experience just an hour drive from Thiruvananthapuram. "
