Amazing hotel!! Amazing location!! Amazing Hospitality!!

The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.

Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!

Close to Munnar yet perched high above this slightly scrappy town gives this historical place a lofty view of the verdant valleys. The staff are very helpful and friendly on all levels. We felt it very important to know this place's unique history to really understand what the owners are trying to achieve. Loved everything!

Thomas and his staff made our stay run very smoothly.Our tour of the Tea plantation was a fantastic experience.we ate at the hotel on both nights of our stay and the food was excellent.The free tour of the grounds was an added bonus!well worth a stay and it doesn't feel like a soulless corporate hotel!

Very beautiful and green property with a super friendly and polite staff. Good place for a weekend gateway away from city noise and pollution.

Incredible views! Get the room with the view. It's very peaceful here, staff are attentive and welcoming, on-site restaurant is great. Room was also great, although fan very loud in our particular room - maybe an old fan that needs replacing. Otherwise 5*

Beautiful location, excellent property and perfect service. One of the most luxurious hotels we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for us - from having treatments organised to ensuring we didn't miss supper.
