"Excellent customer service. More than happy to help you with anything. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. Truly A-1. Unfortunately the wifi service was poor and barely able to use it at all in our rooms. Breakfast buffet truly needs much improvement. Dismal offering and needs to expand the variety of food Westerners and Asians are accustomed to have. "

Great Hotel
"Great property! The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick cab ride to BGC. The staff was amazing and the Japanese and Thai restaurants were the best I had in Manila. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Plenty of choices and all delicious. Rooms are all over sized and very comfortable but a little dated. I would say its the best value and best service of any hotel in Metro Manila"
