Very good venue. busy yet tranquil. No TV blasting away in the bar area. The guitarist (Rick) on Friday night was excellent - good balance of light jazz and not intrusively loud. The meal was excellent but expensive.

Good hotel in a great location for accessing the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as routes elsewhere and the city itself. Nice room , quiet, easy parking. Great to have a kitchen when staying for a week. Only things I would change are a bigger tub and a better set of pans in the kitchen.

We stayed in the Juliet suite which was beautiful, the private balcony was lovely with a fantastic view of the garden. Sarah, Rosemary and Fabrizio were very welcoming. Breakfast in the conservatory was lovely. The property was stunning, we will definitely be returning.
