"The room was mildly clean, hair in the bathroom and the shower felt gross to stand in barefoot. Front desk staff overworked by answering phone calls so they could barely help check me in. It is a good location and parking is a major plus."

"Parking garage was blocked with no info on how to get in, so we wasted gas driving around to find somewhere to park and call. Pay for room. Pay for parking. Pay a 'destination' fee? (This isn't some remote island. Its a city in Ohio). The staff is barely able to be heard. No one told us about the $10 credit to our room, so it was 'void' by the time we found out on the 2nd night here. Just a money trap for a fairly average hotel."
