The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was difficult to get to even with Google map directions. Room was poorly painted, linens were clean, bathroom was a trip back in time. It had been painted which qas chipping off.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful! The jacuzzi tub in our room was old so it was flaking and discolored. It needs updated. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The card readers on the auxiliary doors were broken off. It was the beginning of a snow storm and we found out when we tried to park on the back side and get in. After we walked all the way to the door (it was frigid and snowy) we had to walk all the way back to the car and reload our luggage and ride around to the front to get in.

The property was good overall. The lobby and breakfast area were very cold due to recent snowfall. The parking lot had not been cleared of snow, so was icy and treacherous. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the common area and elevator were not sufficiently heated and were uncomfortably cold. Breakfast was ok but would've been better had the pancake machine been working. Overall a good value for a lower-tier facilty.

Just in for one night. Very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast options. Pool was clean and open for the kids. Nothing over the top, but I would stay here again.
