"Issues with the hotel: - Lint in all towels, unable to shower due to the amount of lint provided in towels. - Cleaning request did not happen during 4 night stay. - Broken bathroom toiletry holder. - Unable to provide towels to room, required to go to front desk."

"The hotel is within walking distance to many must-do locations in Chicago (Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium and The Bean). Lots of good good options near by as well. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean upon arrival. The bathroom fan was not working. The main issue was the AC not working. There was not filter in the machine and it was too old/too small to properly cool the room. We had it set to 60 degrees and you wouldn't have known. Not sure if it was because of the floor we were on or what but that was the largest issue we had."
