"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"

"Positives- As my friend said as we went to breakfast “the people here are so nice and look happy to work here!” I agree! Eloisa (I hope that is correct-our bartender ) made happy hour on Friday night even happier! She was friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting drinks we hadn’t had before just by asking what we usually order. While the floor plan is an open Hallway the rooms kept out sound very well! Only sounds to bother sleep were sirens at night. But that would be at any city hotel so I can’t hold the hotel accountable for that. Fantastic location! Breakfast and Happy hour were too notch! Only negatives (not deal breakers)- The room was great but the bathroom door and fan were aged. The fan was loud. So much I closed the door when sleeping. I had to be sure to push the door closed for it to latch so I could lock the door. But these are common hotel things. "
