The rooms are fair for the price -- clean and large enough. The bathroom could have been supplied with sufficient toiletries -- 6 people for 7 nights with only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Viengping mansion a nice hotel

Nice condo near Maya shopping center will stay again, however be aware you need to pay electricity and water which wasn't stated on the website. Cleaning fee is 500 baht for the cleaning after your rental which was stated on the website.

Nice, quiet and clean place to stay in a popular area of Chiang Mai. Easy walk to the mall and Nimman which has lots of stuff to do and places to eat. Only con was the power went out after an hour and it was kind of spotty at times. Called the owner and they helped fix it.

There is nothing to like. Apartment didn't exist. Pictures of outside property are not current. Picture of pool shows water there is none it broken and empty. We could not find Apartment so could not stay in an apartment that is not where it was claimed to be. I want a full refund.

Horrible follow up Not able to get codes to get in

Zero follow up. We had trouble getting the codes for the lock box. For 48 hours they did not reply at all. Their email said they already sent the codes, but they never sent the check in instructions. We had to calm the property office repeatedly. Still never got the codes for our stay. We finally got someone to meet up to get in. Very unprofessional non responsive, zero follow up. During our stay we reached out for 3 days with emails with zero response back. Horrible service. Don't care about customers.

不満もありますがプラス思考で乗り越える

空港に着きホテルに手配してあった車に乗って市内に向かいました。着いたというので荷物を下ろしたら何と別のマンション。そのマンションのレセプションに間違いを指摘され、且つ正しい場所を教えてもらい深夜に到着しました。 チェクインは凄く分かりづらかったが、メールでのやり取りで丁寧に教えて頂いたので何とか無事に出来ました。 部屋は全体的に暗くメインの照明も切れていてその旨を連絡するために部屋に置いてある案内書にあったsaid, パスワードでwifi接続にトライしましたが接続不可(昔のdataでした)。仕方なく国際電話で連絡をとりやっとwifiが可能になりました。翌日は電球は替えてくれましたが、電子レンジが使用不可、シャワーがぬるすぎる、で担当を呼んでもらいレンジは交換、シャワーは調整をしてもらいました。 長期の滞在でしたので部屋に洗濯機があり助かりました。 色々不満はありますが格安で何と言っても地の利がよく MAYAはじめショッピングにも便利で、マンションの入り口にいる管理人さんのような人がとても感じがよく良い滞在になりましたのでまた利用したいと思います。

정말 최악

가격이 저렴하긴 하지만 타월 상태 최악 (세탁해서 써야함) 발코니 유리창도 없이 뻥 뚫린상태로 커튼으로 막아놓음. 양말 신고 다니면 금방 양말이 시커멓게 됩니다. 도마뱀. 모기도 있어요. 유리창이 없으니 당연한일이죠. 발코니쪽 주방은 잠금장치도 없어 귀중품을 가지고 다녔네요.

チェックインについて

プリチェックインのメールが届き完了しましたが、残念ながら、チェックインの手順とロックボックスの情報は、メールでは送られなかった。こちらから到着前に電話して、チェックイン時間を指定すろ。そして当日現地についたらまた電話する。そして初めてアパート1階の入口付近から電話したまま部屋番号を聞いて、部屋の前に行き、部屋の入口横にあるロックボックスのパスコードを初めて聞いて、そのボックスから部屋の鍵を出し解錠した。そしてその場で500Bをボックスに入れるように指示されたので現金を入れてボックスを閉め、パスコードをランダムにした。そして電話をきった。民泊ではよくある話です。だだ初めてのアパートで私は非常に不安になりました。

Nice apartment to spend a day or few.

No messages were answered, no codes received happily there was someone who opened the door. House rules does not apply to building rules. Smoking not allowed in balcony! Swimming pool area closes at 5pm. Opens sometime at morning. Gate can be opened by staff but costs you 50tbh /person. Airplane noise and traffic noise is disturbing if you are light-sleeper. Clean house and area was fine.
