Very good. Reasonable price and lots of eateries around. I loved the owner of this hotel. So welcoming and smiling all the time. Not so far away from old town and airport.

Spacious room with all the amenities and quite big bathroom. There wasn't balkony with the room but was one on the end of each floor. Coffee, tea and little snack available every day downstairs at the little patio next to reception. In the middle of buzzing neighborhood, having big market 2 minutes away, walking distance to the city centre, with beautiful temples on the way. Plus food carts in the evening just out the door. Owner is a very nice lady. Any questions, ask her, she'll be more than happy to help.

For the price we paid, it was a splendid stay. Beds were super comfortable and the sheets were light and fluffy. Very clean, free water and coffee too!

とても親切なオーナーさんでした。 部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、タオル、ドライヤーと備品はシンプルでしたが近くにスーパーマーケットがあるので足りない物は買い物出来ます。　部屋代が安いので許容範囲かと。 部屋は清潔でした。 オーナーさんがとても親しみやすく快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

ロケーションチェンマイ門から10分強です。オーナー姉弟で経営されるゲストハウスで、様々な国の客を上手く受け入れていました。向かいにはローカル向けの市場が立ち、長期滞在者には居心地の良い住処になると思います。
