Prettier than advertized!

Charming with lush vegetation and very affordable. Staff is friendly and professional. Tucked away from the hustle bustle of Chiang Mai, but easy access to all the sites. Perfect for those who want a quiet getaway.

Un havre de paix un peu loin de Chiang Mai

Guest house magnifique et personnel très accueillant. Le jardin est très reposant, les chambres propres et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Points négatifs: la piscine est très froide et le transport vraiment compliqué dans le sens Chiang Maï - guest house (malgré le téléphone fourni, de nombreux chauffeurs ont refusé de nous transporter et ceux qui l'ont fait ont largement gonflé les prix).

Amazing staff and property. They welcomed us with open arms and were very helpful for anything we needed. The property and room is very clean and also very cool. Has a great breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Chiang Mai

Cozy and comfortable!

Our favourite place in Chiang Mai! Rooms clean and comfortable, lots of plants and greenery and friendly staff who helped us out with anything we needed, highly recommend! Loved the couch and coffee table in the room including a private balcony.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Stadtrand von Chiang Mai. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt - highlight ist der Pool und das essen im Restaurant. Die Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand.

Un havre de paix

Nous sommes restés 6 nuits à Liam’s, je crois que nous avons eu la plus belle chambre celle vue sur la piscine. La chambre toujours impeccable. Le personnel adorable avec une mention spéciale pour Lah. Que de sourire et de bienveillance. La Guest House est très joliment décorée, la végétation est splendide. La piscine est très belle et tout est parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons aimé ce petit havre de paix. Daphné et Lah ont étaient parfaites dans l’organisation de nos choix d’excursions. Milles merci

Habe das Alzheimer-Center in Chiang Mai besucht und deshalb in diesem Guesthouse gewohnt, was ganz in der Nähe ist. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in diesem Guesthouse. Sehr familiär und liebevoll eingerichtet. Garten wunderschön.

Super séjour dans un endroit cosy et calme. Chambre bien propre et petit déjeuner excellent. Cadre verdoyant et familial. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Un peu éloigné du centre mais téléphone mis à disposition pour appeler les taxis ou tuk tuk.

Aangenaam en relax verblijf in Chiang Mai

Liam's Guesthouse is een erg aangenaam en mooi verblijf. Het ligt iets buiten het centrum van Chiang Mai dus je bent genoodzaakt met de tuk tuk of taxi naar de stad te gaan. Je krijgt een mobiel mee naar je kamer zodat je ten alle tijde een chauffeur kunt bellen die met 15 minuten voor de deur staat. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk en lekker relax en te ontspannen op de ligbedden. De eigenaresse Daphne is een erg vriendelijke en behulpzame dame die je met alles wil helpen en adviseren. Voor ons zeker weer een adres om terug te komen mochten we weer in Chiang Mai zijn.

Tranquility

My older daughter and I had a very enjoyable experience at this guest house. Although 20 min out of the city Daphine accommodated us by calling for our taxi and providing us with a cell phone to contact her for anything. The facility was tranquil, clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good and Daphine provides homemade mussil (granola) which my daughter loved. It is a safe facility with personal touches. Great for families. Our stay was early July,2016.

Heerlijk guesthouse met een super lekkere kamer.

Daphne en haar staff zijn echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was top, het ontbijt heerlijk, het zwembad met ligbedden helemaal super en de locatie veilig en stil. Ja, je zit iets verder uit het centrum, maar dat weet je van tevoren. Met een brommer makkelijk naar het centrum of anders met een tuk tuk. Het enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er wel erg veel kinderen waren.

the hotel is small but nice,lovely garden with a swimming pool in the middle, owner is very friendly as well. only problem is that there's not much to eat around the place, eat in the hotel is properly the best option.

Super Guesthouse

Dieses Guesthouse war bis jetzt das schönste und familiärste in Thailand. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Leider liegt es etwas außerhalb der Stadt, sodass man immer ein Tuk Tuk benötigt, dies ist aber auch kein Problem.

Exceptional Guesthouse!

INCREDIBLE guesthouse located just outside of the hustle and bustle!! We stayed at this AMAZING guesthouse for a week in June (and truly wish we would have stayed longer). From the moment we arrived (to a welcoming greeting), the service throughout our stay was IMPECCABLE. The owner (Daphne) helped us arrange pick up from the train station and a few full day wonderful excursions which included: Woody's Elephant Camp and Sammy's cooking school. We were also provided with great tips on the area and other ideas of what to see and do. This was EXTREMELY HELPFUL as it was our first time in Chiang Mai. The rooms at Liam's are WELCOMING, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED and SPOTLESS. We were also provided with a cell phone to use during our visit (which had numbers programmed in it - this was especially useful for arranging a tuk tuk for pick up). The grounds of the guesthouse can only be described as a LUSH OASIS. The breakfast was FANTASTIC with so many options each day. A must try is the pancakes, so delicious!!! The owners (Ron & Daphne) go above and beyond to make sure your stay is SUPERB. True attention to detail is found everywhere. We truly felt like we were staying with long lost friends. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this guesthouse to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai. For sure a 10 out of 10!

Perfect base in Chiang Mai

Liams Flower Garden is just that, a beautiful garden, full of plants with a lovely swimming pool and a koi pond. The bar and restaurant are open air, relaxed and comfortable. This is a lovely B&B with the unexpected extras of a bar and restaurant.

Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette Guesthouse. Jeg vil anbefale værelse 9 eller 10, som ligger i tilknytning til swimmingpoolen. Værelserne er lidt mindre, men nyere, og ligger bedre. Stedet ligger lidt udenfor Chiang Mai centrum (ca. 150 bath for en tuktuk), men der er indkøbsmuligheder samt spisesteder i nærheden
