"The booking for this property was done by my daughter in the U.S on my behalf. It was an accidental booking, because originally the booking was intended for "STERLING GURUVAYUR. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly. Still i was asked to pay extra for the additional guest. I find this objectionable and would not recommend the property for any other customer in future. I hope you will take up the matter with the hotel. Also the food was not upto the standard. Regards Satish Chandran "

"Hands down the best location and room on the beach that I've experienced in a long time! My room had a beautiful big balcony that literally looked out to the private beach which was so calming and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and seemed upgraded. The staff was also incredible! Not only do you get a free breakfast of your choice by pre-ordering your food, the staff went above and beyond for me by preparing me a traditional local meal on banana leaves for free when I paid a little extra to extend my checkout time! If you are ever in this part of Kochi and are looking for a clean luxury place with the best view of the ocean, I highly recommend staying here!! "
